Neutral Density Filters
Lunar and Planetary Filters
All Lumicon Neutral Density Filters are individually precision ground.
They are highly polished with maximum light transmission coatings on both sides, and are 100% guaranteed for life.
These filters are made from renowned Schott and Hoya optical glass and allow for maximum contrast on viewing planetary and lunar detail.
The LF1080, 1.25" Neutral Density 13 Filter (ND13), transmits 13% of all incident light, while blocking 87%. For lunar observing with 8" (200mm) and larger telescopes.
The LF1085, 1.25" Neutral Density 25 Filter (ND25), transmits 25% of all incident light, while blocking 75%. For lunar and planetary observing with 5" (125mm) and larger telescopes.
The LF1090, 1.25" Neutral Density 50 Filter (ND50), transmits 50% of all incident light, while blocking 50%. For lunar and planetary observing, and splitting double stars.
The LF2080, 2" Neutral Density 13 Filter(ND13), transmits 13% of all incident light, while blocking 87%. For lunar observing with 8" (200mm) and larger telescopes.
The LF2085, 2" Neutral Density 25 Filter (ND25), transmits 25% of all incident light, while blocking 75%. For lunar and planetary observing with 5" (125mm) and larger telescopes.
The LF2090, 2" Neutral Density 50 Filter (ND50), transmits 50% of all incident light, while blocking 50%. For lunar and planetary observing, and splitting double stars.
